I cannot thank this team enough! I blew a set of wheel bearings on my trailer during Memorial Day weekend while traveling, which could have easily ruined my entire trip. Instead, they stepped up and assisted me in getting new bearings, brakes, and a drum installed in no time. They are incredibly customer-friendly, supportive, and genuine professionals. I really appreciate their willingness to go the extra mile and assist in getting me back on the road in short order. If you need reliable, fast, and friendly service, this is the place to go!

Let me tell you about my experience… We had Tom at Annapolis RV Center install a tow system for our class A motorhome and Jeep Wrangler. On the way out, Kris said “our relationship doesn’t end here, call us for anything”. Well, little did she know I was gonna have a problem a short time later. My inverter wasn’t inverting - it was there, ready as long as it had power but when power was gone, it didn’t do anything. I checked everything, got on the boards and asked questions. Responses were good, but never got the right thing. So I called Annapolis RV Center. Tom got on the phone and walked me thru everything. Nothing fixed our issue. Tom said “bring it up to me so I can have some time with it”… took it up to Tom, and within 3 minutes, Tom found a tripped fuse/disconnect at the battery that I couldn’t see. Reset and fixed! So thankful for Tom and Kris!

It's very easy for a company to have good customer service when everything goes smoothly. It is quite another for customer service to shine when there are problems. I recently rented an RV from Annapolis RV, and when we were about 20 miles from our destination in western Maryland, the RV broke down. I barely got it off the highway before taking a look under the hood. Not even sure why I bothered, since I'm not mechanically inclined, but I could see that a pipe/tube was disconnected, leading to an overwhelming smell of burnt antifreeze. When I got in touch with Tom, he was amazing. It was 9:30 at night, so I told him that we were going to get to a hotel. He asked for the hotel information and said they were heading our way. By the time we awoke in the morning the RV was fixed and waiting for us in the hotel parking lot. We didn't miss out on our vacation at all thanks to their prompt, professional and caring service. Tom was a great help too, throughout the week, with advising me on things as I learned how to use the RV. They even gave us credit for the hotel room we had to get, something that I did NOT expect. I can't recommend them enough!

After consulting with RV service centers in Stevensville, Cambridge and Pokomoke City, Tom at Annapolis RV in Grasonville quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, had the part I needed in stock and completed the repair in short order. Annapolis RV is where I will go for all future service needs, it’s a great business!

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Annapolis RV and Tom, the owner. My Aqua-Hot system went out on my RV, and after troubleshooting with Aqua-Hot and a few other service personnel, I was told I needed a part that would cost about $1,000. Since Annapolis RV is an authorized Aqua-Hot service and dealer, I reached out and made an appointment with Tom. They even had the part in stock, so I brought my RV in for the annual Aqua-Hot service and to replace the part. After inspecting and servicing the unit, Tom discovered that the issue wasn’t the part at all—it was just a loose wire connected to it. He reconnected it, tested the system, and it’s now working perfectly. He could’ve easily replaced the part and charged me for it, but instead, he was upfront and honest, giving me the option to see if the simple fix worked first. That kind of integrity and professionalism is hard to find these days. Thank you, Tom, and the entire Annapolis RV team for your honesty and excellent service. You’ve earned a lifelong customer!
